If you’re fed up with one-size-fits-all group classes, DIY programs, or gyms that feel more like a high-school clique than a place to achieve wellness, Tranzform is worth your consideration. Most of our members are working professionals, over the age of 35, with goals of being healthier. They have no interest in fitness programs that take control of their lives. Rather, they want to embark on a realistic fitness journey that caters to their goals, pace, and calendars. And, most importantly, they don’t want to figure it all out on their own.

One-on-one training sessions are completely custom, whereas small group sessions are 50-minutes and follow a similar pattern:

● Strength Training
● Strength finisher
● Mobility Cool-Down

One of the most common questions we get is, “With so much focus on strength, will this program help me lose weight?” The answer is, if that’s one of your goals, then absolutely, yes! There is a misconception that, in order to lose weight, you need to “sweat off fat” primarily through cardiovascular, blood-pumping workouts.

The truth is, the stronger your body is and the more muscle it has (not bulky muscle 😉), the more calories you’ll burn which gets rid of fat faster. Think about it this way: A car with a bigger engine burns through gas much quicker. When your body has more muscle it has a bigger engine that burns more calories faster.

We do! If you are looking for a fast, efficient workout to improve your cardiovascular fitness and health, our conditioning sessions are a wise compliment to our small group and one-on-one personal training programs. 

Each session has up to 30 people in one workout, all who are led by one professional coach. The goal of this type of workout is to improve overall cardiovascular conditioning which is important for fitness goals and overall health. They consist of circuit style training using a timer for each movement. We utilize equipment such as rowers, ski ergs, battle ropes, slam balls, sleds, bikes, and bodyweight movements to keep you safe and moving during the entire 45-minute session.

It’s your choice! If you’d like to link up with friends, you can generally schedule the same session time using our online scheduling tool. Or, if you’re impartial, just grab an open session—our community is motivated, welcoming, and wildly supportive. No matter who is by your side, you can count on being in great company!

Yes! You will work with an experienced, professional trainer each time you come for a workout. 

Each of our personal trainers has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, a nationally-accredited certification, and mastered the Tranzform approach.
